The headline says it all

Hamas Says It Regrets American Toll in Attack, but Hails Bombing as Success

The story is spun by the Times to somehow equate Israeli civilians with the dear departed Hamas sheik ("...eerie parallel..."). Let's spell it out: American deaths=Palestinian civilian deaths; both "regretable". On the other hand, dead Hamas terrorist=Israeli civilian deaths. I don't think so.

Back to Hamas mouthpiece: So which was it, boyos? Regretful, or successful? The only appropriate response to such human filth is termination with extreme prejudice -- of all of those who intentionally target civilians. And, while we are at it, regime change for those states that provide safe havens for these slime (oops -- wasn't that what President Bush said the "war on terror" was supposed to be about?).
