The story is unexceptional, and, in typical Times fashion, grossly downplays the threat posed by Muslim sleeper cells. Given 9-11, and the fact that most of the killers were here legally, we must be more vigilant than in the past. And since 100% of those hijackers were Arab Muslim men, draw your own conclusion.
